It started with
a belief
Fork to Fit was born in the Rio Grande Valley, where our founders saw a need for fresh, balanced meals that fit everyday life. Making good food convenient became our starting point.
Co-founders Alex Velasco and Jose M. Guerra started with a refrigerator inside a gym and opened their first full store in McAllen in June 2018.
Today, we operate ten meal-prep locations across McAllen, Edinburg, Mission and Weslaco, supported by our central commissary. Now, that same model is expanding through franchising, beginning in San Antonio.
